Projects:

  • Valuation of the cost of legal services for one of the world’s largest law companies, which represented the interests of the client in the arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Stockholm Arbitration. As a result, the valuation report formed the basis for the justification of the lawyers’ remuneration, which amounted to 6.2 million dollars.
  • Conducting research for the largest Bank of Russia to determine the amount of losses from the actions of the bankruptcy commissioner in the bankruptcy case of a legal entity. The result of calculating losses in the amount of 1.1 billion rubles was one of the proofs in the trial.
  • Valuation of the trademark portfolio of the largest security system operator. As a result, the valuation report on the 350 million rubles worth trademarks served the basis for the price of the purchase and sale transaction between affiliates.
  • Valuation of 100% of the company's share. As a result, the valuation report of the business worth 1.4 billion rubles, became a justification for the price of the purchase and sale transaction.
  • Conducting research for the Russia’s largest mining equipment manufacturing company on the issue of calculating the amount of lost profits resulting from the buyer’s violation of the contractual terms and conditions. The loss of profit in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles, calculated in the course of the research, became one of the evidences in the trial.
  • Valuation of a five-star hotel located in the city of Sochi. As a result, the value of the hotel in the amount of 1.6 billion rubles, according to the valuation report, became the basis for clarifying the value of assets reflected in the accounting records.
  • Valuation of a large regional shopping center and successful substantiation of the valuation report in the Commission for challenging the cadastral value. As a result, the cadastral value of the shopping center was reduced from 1.3 billion rubles to 700 million rubles.
  • Valuation of more than 50 capital construction facilities and land plots in 15 regions of the country for one of the Russia’s largest developers to challenge the cadastral value. As a result, the savings on taxes and rent payments amounted to more than 100 million rubles annually.
  • Conducting research for the Russia’s largest transport and logistics holding on the issue Valuation of the Holding Expenses Caused by Excessive Railcars Downtime. The result of calculations of expenses in the amount of 1.3 billion rubles became one of the proofs in the trial.
  • Conducting research for the largest international Internet recruitment company in accordance with FAS Order No. 220, to determine the company's market share and the market dominating economic entities.
